Assured Hollow Composite Joists and Battens can be used with our Assured decking and cladding ranges providing you with a perfect subframe. Made from 95% recycled materials and boasting a 10 year commercial and 25 year residential warranty, Assured Hollow Composite Joists and Battens are a more cost effective and eco-friendly choice over timber.

We recommend using Hollow Composite Joists and Battens on a solid surface. We do not recommend using on soft surfaces or pedestals.

We recommend using our Expansion Screws to fix into place.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch all products within 1 – 3 days working days. The cut off time for processing orders is 11:00am Monday – Friday.

All deliveries will be made between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm Monday – Friday.

Once an order has been placed, dispatched or ready for collection you will be notified.

Collection – The customer must take into account the size of the order and use an appropriate vehicle when collecting from our warehouse. Manual loading and securing loads is the responsibility of the customer.

Palletised Deliveries/3m+ Lengths – Deliveries are kerbside only. It is the customers responsibility to provide help offloading products when being delivered. We strongly advise to wear PPE where applicable.

Accepting Delivery – The customer must be present to sign the delivery note. Any signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces must be stated on the delivery note or the customer must refuse delivery and contact us within 12 hours. Photographic evidence will be taken by our driver. A signed delivery note without notations represents acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition.
