Installing Cladding Boards Using Starter Clips

1. Fix starter clips to the framework at every batten leaving 20mm from the ground or side wall. Screw through the hole on each starter clip with the screws provided ensuring that the screws are fully screwed into place to prevent catching on the cladding board when installed.

Ensure all starter clips are level before continuing.

2. Sit the first cladding board into the starter clips ensuring that the cladding board is securely in place before continuing. If installing vertically you may need to hold in place before fixing.

3. Pre-drill holes and screw through the groove of the cladding board and into each batten to secure. Ensure that the screws are fully screwed into place to prevent catching on the next cladding board.
